Employees, Quality and Clients
I am a small business with few employees. In that way I can maintain a personal service to our clients. I will only employ fully experienced tradesmen to ensure that I continue to offer the high level of service on which I pride myself.
I also use tried, tested and reliable specialist sub-contractors as and when required.
Quality standards are monitored throughout the life of a contract and indeed afterwards to ensure that my clients receive both the service and the finished product that they expect from the outset. This attention to quality is of paramount importance to me.
At the moment, my client portfolio is small but growing. The list includes the Diocese of Portsmouth, Church of England Pensions Board, Harbour Veterinary Group, various surveyors and property management companies in Portsmouth, Southampton and Chichester as well as several private customers.
